Still plugging away...

at trying to make something of my 'non-bear'... I'm using regular cotton quilting fabric and am a bit put off by the fact that this would go so much faster with my sewing machine... which I have lent out to someone months ago who has yet to make use of it :(

I hate when I do that... I *always* end up needing the item back before the person ever bothers to do anything with it.

Then I feel bad, because I've got to take it back...

Anyhow, I've worked on another logo:

Essentially, the same image with different texts used (there are some minor changes to the bear as well... one has a head highlight the other doesn't and the colors are subtly different). Any commentary (positive and negative) would be appreciated :)

  1. I really love that new logo.
I do prefer the colours of the second one, as they are brighter : they catch better the eye.
now I would have tried having the text in such a big size that it could go take the same hight as the whole cherry+stem. Just an idea...
Now, honnestly, I would stick to that cherry-bear picture for my logo if I were you, as it is such a great idea!!!
    Well done!
    Beary hugs,
    Sophie.

  2. You know, I actually did a few with the font bigger... so I'll post those, maybe tomorrow! :)
My only concern with those was that the bear illustration may become too small when sized down.

The second one with the brighter colors is also the one with the highlight on the head, which I think makes it look a little brighter too :) I think I'm pro-highlight! XD

    Thanks for the input!

  3. LOVE the logo! I'm a bit of a mix with my vote--I like the "cherry" in the second one and the text font of the first one.

  4. I really like that one :-) Definitley the bottom one of the two as it is brighter and fresher :-)

I like the happy feeling of the colours, and obviously... bearries, Cherries - I get it. Clear message.

I've been struggling to come up with something myself.

  5. Cheryl, I completely agree with you!!

Julia, I agree with you as well, brighter colors are definitely more fun here! I've tried some other colors... maybe I'll modify the logo for holidays... I kinda like the pink though, LOL!

Thanks so much for the input! :)
