Paper Cut Mermaids

I have designed a paper silhouette mermaid... a little bear is soon to follow... she's not perfect yet, this is just a rough... her arm moves too... so far I really like her :)

  2. Hi Heather,

I left a rather lengthy comment yesterday and for the life of me, I can't figure out if I deleted it or what. In any case, it basically said that this is a very nice design and it reminds me of those puppets that are manipulated with the long sticks - a sort of shadow and light performance. Very cool. Anyway, good job and I look forward to seeing what you come up with next!

  6. Thanks guys :) She's actually making really decent progress... because I figured out some things about cutting paper that make it so much easier... lol! I've decided for this particular doll though, there's no point in jointing her arm... it's just silly.
